Week 10 - Current Efforts

While the current humanitarian situation in North Korea remains bleak, we have witnessed several efforts to help the lives of people there. God has called Korean-Chinese Christians to share the love of Christ by delivering food and medicine to North Korea, and housing refugees in China. These people are effective witnesses because they speak the same language and can enter North Korea legally.

Praise God that amid all the horror North Koreans endure, there are success stories to report. Many refugees have begun to question what they were taught in North Korea after being exposed to foreign media. They are also being taught about Christianity for the first time. We have met several refugees who, during their time in China, have become Christian. One was even baptized by a member of our missions team on the last night of our trip.
